Trying to install windows 10 on a newly built computer

Who built it, yourself or a PC shop?
Do you get the usually "Hit F2 to enter setup" or whatever key is required to get into BIOS?

I built it myself. When I don’t have the usb in it instantly goes to bios with no loading and with the usb it goes straight to this screen with no options.
If it goes straight into BIOS, that normally indicates a hardware error, usually hard drive.
Take out the memory sticks and graphics card (if applicable) and wipe their motherboard slots, their contact pins, and the circuit board with a soft bristled brush.
Then reseat and see if that helps.
Also try leaving the graphics card out if your motherboard and processor supports onboard graphics.
And try just one memory stick at a time if there are more than 1, and in different slots.
Lastly, disconnect all devices, externally and internally and see if it boots to BIOS, with an error message something like 'no keyboard found' or 'no hard drive found'.

I followed your instructions and it still went straight to bios. Only had the monitor plugged in with no ssd 1 and one stick of ram. Had to leave the graphics card installed.
I went to the Microsoft website and downloaded their installation media and installed it on the usb stick.
The best way is to go to herehttps://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 and download the windows 11 media creation tool.

Are you sure the SSD is visible in the BIOS?

The splash screen randomly decided to fit the monitor but it sill goes straight to the splash screen with no options to go to bios and no window spinner at the bottom of the screen with the windows installer plugged in. It still goes straight to bios without the installer plugged in.
Side stepping the fact you may have a faulty component, maybe motherboard, it could also be a build issue.
Dismantle everything and re-assemble on a piece of cardboard somewhere, like the kitchen table.
Even re-check the processor - thermal paste, plastic tab was removed, heat sink securely attached.
Only connect the essentials needed to get into BIOS - so as before, just one RAM, only the boot storage, no keyboard or mouse, etc.

Cool, so now it's just a testing game - keep adding things, going into BIOS each time to see if the component is detected.
Once you have the keyboard, mouse, boot drive and USB stick with Windows on it all working, let the PC boot from the USB stick and try installing Windows.

Try it in another computer and see if you get the same.
Have you set the bios to boot from usb and not ssd.
Do any of the LED lights on the MB stay on.

1. Power on the computer.
2. Insert the Windows 10/ Windows 11 installation disc/USB into your computer.
3. Press the Restart button on the computer case.
4. Press F11 key during the computer POST (Power-On Self Test) to get into Boot Menu.
5. Select the Windows 10/ Windows 11 installation disc/USB from the Boot Menu.
6. Press any key if screen shows Press any key to boot from CD or DVD... message. If not, please skip this step.
7. Follow the instructions on the screen to install Windows 10/ Windows 11.
