I was trying to connect my xbox controller to my pc a few days back but it just refused to connect. So I tried removing the device in settings but it kept saying "failed to remove" then I tried running the bluetooth troubleshooter and it told me that my pc doesn't have bluetooth capabilities although I know very well that it does because I had my controller connected to it before.

My specs are;
-Ryzen 5 5600x
-MSI b550 carbon gaming wifi mobo
-16gb corsair vengeance rgb ram
-Asus gtx 1650

(no wifi/bluetooth card btw)

PLEASE HELP THIS IS ANNOYING!!

According to your MBs user manual here your have an Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 card pre-installed in the M.2 (Key-E) slot, the card is dual function as in it does the WiFi and the BT.

You could try uninstalling the wireless card, restart the PC then reinstall the Intel card, before you do this, save the WiFi and BT drivers and be sure to create a new system restore point first.
