Hello! I'm pretty sure i already asked about this (not sure) but i ask it anyway.

Does anyone have this exact device (wheel)? : thrustmaster ferrari 458 italia

My computer (windows10) doesn't detects it. A while ago it did (same windows10)
What should i do?
If you have this exact wheel, does it work for you? (PC)

Thanks in advance!

**IMPORTANT**:

- IF A DRIVER PACKAGE FOR YOUR PRODUCT IS ALREADY INSTALLED ON THE COMPUTER, RUNNING THE PACKAGE INSTALLATION ONCE WILL ACTUALLY UNINSTALL THE PREVIOUS VERSION.
IT WILL THEN BE NECESSARY TO RUN IT AGAIN TO PROCEED TO THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW VERSION

- DO NOT CONNECT the racing wheel to your PC before being prompted to do so.- DO NOT CLICK in any Windows-specific panes that may appear during the update process.- RESTART THE COMPUTER once the package setup is complete.

Hi, thanks for reply, it is not the same wheel. My wheel actually relies on windows

more detail from the OP
Hello, i got "download TX driver" as reply. Thats no good because this wheel actually relies on windows's drivers. I also tried what the other reply said, deleting it and installing it. It didn't work

@JoeeM - if you put your replies in the thread rather than a Direct Message, others have a chance to chime in with ideas. :)

Hi, I'm not an official advisor here but I have something to try - Make sure the wheel is connected directly to a motherboard USB slot in the back of the PC, and not a case USB.
Then go into 'Device manager' and make sure its enabled.

For some strange reason, my old PC used to disable my Fanatec wheel on the device list at every shut down, when it was connected into a case USB port, moving it to a motherboard USB cured this issue.

Its a bit of a wild option to try, and I know my wheel is different, but it's worth a shot.

Hello, the 'relies on windows' means that the wheel itself doesn't have any drivers. It uses windows's xbox 360 built in drivers.
I'm currenty trying what @sakers92 commented.

It's the TX one (it has ffb) mine is the normal one (i put a link above). Shall i try it or will it cause more damage?
