Tried to reboot it twice. Didn't try restore points (if that is what I was supposed to try?). Ill try it a bit later either way.Didn't work sadly( here's the fixlog
Reset the PC but keep your files, this will repair windows but you keep all of your files.

No more issues, all the permissions seem to be in order. There are no overheating issues, no lag, no internet issues, nothing. I think you did it!!!
Man, this took a REALLY long time, and I imagine that it had to take a lot of patience to deal with me and with this whole issue. And I just want to thank you for all your help and all the work you do here. I know you guys don't get much appreciation around here, but you are saving lives !!!
