playing on 144 hz monitor - with not more then 144 fps

i tried with v sync on, v sync off, with uncapped fps and after with capped
no background apps, every single one power management, every nvidia settings, another monitor cable, simply everything on internet and youtube videos, reinstal drivers, reinstal windows

i tried set to 100 fps with 100 hz option but it dropped to 70 fps like same fps drop.... it happening in every game, benchmarks are fine.... i have smooth experience with very good fps in single/multiplayer games but every 10 minutes this happening... can somebody help me?

How many external devices are connected? Have you checked your internet connections and talk to your provider?

Two, one for windows and second for games, but i tried to unconnect second one and tried to play some game and still it happening, second thing i tried to play game without internet i totally turn off internet and still happening

Also your C drive is nearly out of space. You only have 17% free
Have you setup any overclocking in the bios
i tried to play some game when i had almost 80 gb of space and its still hapenning, and in past i made some settings in bios but i completely reseted it to load optimize settings.... and im 100 % right i dont have one drive i fully uinstalled that with everythig :( UPDATE-i found something new, i had old realtek driver was installed in 2019 idk how when i reinstaled windows but i think my audio colapsing bcs of that and that made fps drops can be u guess?, i uinstilled that and downloaded new fresh driver for my motherboard and everything its fine, i played 3 hours and i didnt have fps drop, in past i had fps drop every 15 minutes of playing, but i reinstaled fully chipset drivers also. we will see wish me luck guys and thanks for help :)

Drops are back... I again full reinstaled windows (all disk, full clean instalation) and it still happening but now just in one game, other games looking good i will give u update... Looks like this will be mechanic hardware problem or somethin wrong is in win 10... But yesterday happened just one time and i played full day so its not that terrible maybe from time to time it will be more... Maybe and i can record it while gaming, maybe im fool, should i?
