Spilled water on computer, help!

Hello!

I spilled water on my computer 3 days ago and have since wiped it out and let it dry as best as possible.
Now after 3 days I have started it again and it seems to work as usual, but have noticed that e.g. Chrome websites crash a bit from time to time, Youtube clips freeze and sometimes when I play lol or wow the games shut down completely without any error message.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Have updated drivers on the graphics card and Windows and tried to check settings etc., but can't find anything.

Help!
 
Sorry but you have post on a tech forum asking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.

Is the PC a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better help you.

This is my PC spec, its custom built.
Intel i7-9700K
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER
HyperX Fury DDR4 3200MHz 16GB
Motherboard H310M PRO-VDH (MS-7B29)
Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB
Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB
Windows 10 Pro, 10.0.19045 version 19045

did water get into the chassis and over the components?
how much water we talking here?
was it just water, no added sugar/tea/coffee etc?
was the PC is use when the water was spilt?

have you stripped out all the components to let them dry, like taking the RAM out of the mobo slots?

Yea it did, a full glass of water so maybe 300ml of water hehe
Yes the PC was on when it happend, and after like 30 sec it turned off.
 
if the PC was on when the spill occurred, the fact is still worked at all is a minor miracle.
and how the water got into the case is another miracle!

if you turned the rig back on and water was still in some crevice, even more damage would have been done.
I would be pulling all the gear out of the case, letting it dry naturally on a table for a few days, then re-assembling on a piece of cardboard and testing with the minimal components needed to boot the PC into BIOS, for starters, than adding complexity like the graphics card, as you go.
