Download Sophos Free Virus Removal Tool and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click the icon and select Run
  • Click Next
  • Select I accept the terms in this license agreement, then click Next twice
  • Click Install
  • Click Finish to launch the program
  • Once the virus database has been updated click Start Scanning
  • If any threats are found click Details, then View log file... (bottom left hand corner)
  • Copy and paste the results in your reply
  • Close the Notepad document, close the Threat Details screen, then click Start cleanup
  • Click Exit to close the program

Emsisoft Emergency Kit
  • Click here to download Emsisoft Emergency Kit. The download will automatically start after a moment.
  • Save EmsisoftEmergencyKit.exe to your Desktop.
  • Double click on EmsisoftEmergencyKit.exe (Windows Vista/7/8 users: Accept UAC warning if it is enabled). A screen like this will appear:

  • Leave everything as it is, then click Extract. This will unpack Emsisoft Emergency Kit to the EEK folder located in the root drive (usually C:\).
  • Once the extraction is done, an icon

    will appear on your Desktop. Double click it to start Emsisoft Emergency Kit.
  • Wait for Emsisoft Emergency Kit to finish loading signatures. A screen like this should appear:

  • Choose Yes, then wait for EEK to finish updating.
  • Choose Malware Scan under the Scan button. When EEK asks to activate PUP detection, choose Yes.
  • Wait for the scan to finish.

  • If EEK detects something, all detected items will be displayed. Place a checkmark before everything, then choose Quarantine Selected.
  • If Emsisoft Emergency Kit asks to reboot, please do so immediately.
  • The scan log is located in Logs -> Scan Logs. Click on the entry of the latest scan, choose Export and save the report on your Desktop.

Step 2: Upload to VT

Upload Files to VirusTotal

  • Please go to VirusTotal.
  • Click the Choose File button.
  • Navigate to >>>>>>>>

  • C:\Users\ASUS\AppData\Local\Temp\pdk-ASUS-6680\f7d2b8d992c83a5fef49816625c82c17\Util.dll


  • or simply copy and paste it.
  • Click the Scan it! button.
  • You might see a message saying File already analysed, if you do click Reanalyse.
  • Wait for all the scans to finish then copy and paste the web address from your broswer's address bar.

  • Include the link in your next reply.

FRST Fix.

Click Here To Download Fixlist.


Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop. NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST/FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work. NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system Run FRST/FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run. When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post it to your reply.

Eliminate restrictive settings with this tool.
  • Temporarily disable your antivirus
  • Download SupRestric.exe save to your desktop.
  • Close all running programs.
  • Double click the file to launch it.
  • Windows: 7/8/10 Vista and run as administrator
  • Click Yes at any prompt.
  • The analysis takes only a few moments.
  • The report is on the desktop ( CTR.txt )
  • Copy paste report in next reply.
  • A reboot is needed to complete the repairs.

Alright, I am short on time for the night, but a couple of those files need to go. I will prepare a fix to remove them tomorrow after I return from work... Can you in the meantime tell me what issues remain?
 
sry late reply, for now the laptop looks fine except that when i tried to uninstall hotspot shield i get this error

and i havnt run suprestric, 360 antivirus detected a trojan. is it safe to run it?

oh wxstart.exe is a program for my game. like a bot for automatic playing. i hope its ok for me to keep it.

and i will run the suprestic and geek uninstaller tonight. sorry couldnt reply and do thing as fast as i used to. busy in here. and thanks for your time
 
Alright, we will leave it some apps are flagged as malware when they are not... I'd like to see the final logs then we will move from there.

Correct, and now that you have Voodoo Shield installed, you should remain malware free so long as you head the warnings of the tool...
