Hello everyone,

I need your advice to solve a problem that appeared yesterday.

My screen is the BenQ ZOWIE XL2411P TN 144Hz 24 Inch, and my GPU is an Nvidia RTX 2080 Super.
I use a Display Port cable between the 2, which until yesterday allowed me to use the monitor normally in its 144Hz configuration. But since yesterday, following a screen sleep, impossible to select this option, the screen remains blocked in 60Hz.

I tried from the Nvidia control panel to make sure I was in "PC" resolution and not "Ultra HD, HD, SD" (which is the native selection), if I try to apply 144Hz, the screen turns off and no signal is detected. I have to restart the PC and force a low resolution boot.

Finally, if the screen goes to sleep, the same problem occurs and I have to restart
Just so you know, I disconnected and reconnected my cable and updated my GPU drivers.

I have no solution and even if I can use my PC at 60Hz, it was not the initial idea when I bought it 2 years ago.

Thanks

Hi,

I do indeed, in the meantime I tried several things, like changing the Display Port cable as well as completely reinstall my GPU drivers.

Thanks
