Both are played online so the issue could be internet related, best way to check this now is put your GPU through its paces and see how it copes.

Use the free versions at the following links;

Stress test your GPU with Furmark

Check your FPS etc with SUPERPOSITION

I have downloaded the softwares at the given link, please tell me what should I run and what should i post here.

Just run the two programs at the links that were provided and let us know how things go.

Can I suggest that if you are unable to follow the steps to run the tests that you seek the help of someone closer to home to help you run them.

I hope this is what is required

The computer did not crash when i tested the GPU. I played offline games to test your theory and it crashed in an offline game as well. For running UNIGINE it gives me three options, Performance/VR Ready/Stress,which one should i choose?

No crashes while benchmarking.

GPU looks to be ok but do keep an eye on the temps when you are gaming, if it gets to 83C the card will start throttling back to try and cool the card down.

What was the offline game that you were playing and what sort of crash was it, Windows or the game, there is a vast difference between the two and while we may be able to help with Windows BSOD we cannot help with games that crash if the cause is something like a software bug in the game.

Borderlands 3 and Black Mesa , crashed for both, - BSOD ...the sound hangs, a bsod screen appears, the error displayed is usually what i stated in my first few posts. Attached is the latest minidump

That's what shows in my mini dump as well , that latest was 15th , however, that does not mean my pc dint crash.

Can I ask what we are meant to be looking at in your screenshot.

That's what shows in my mini dump as well , that latest was 15th , however, that does not mean my pc dint crash.
There is a big difference between hardware and software problems, software crashes whereas hardware shuts down

Two reasons why you may not get any crash dmps,

1: Windows did not crash.
2: Crash dmps are not enabled.

We have previously had crash dmps so unless you have disabled them since a crash dmp would be generated if Windows had crashed, no crash dmp suggests a hardware failure.

Thank you, I will folloe the steps. Please note as mentioned in my previous post I have already done a clean install of all my video drivers, which is suggested in the given link.

I also realized, as mentioned before that it mainly occurs when i connect my laptop to an external monitor. On googling this issue, i found out that the 'nvidia hd audio' might be the thing responsible, even though my default audio driver is Realtek, at times it switches to Nvidia, i tried uninstalling it , but it just came back after restart. Is there a way to use my Relatek audio as default for everything and not nvidia audio.

Thank you for your continued patience on this matter, i really appreciate it.
