I am going to sound like a nag but can you please only reply when there is something important to tell us, avoid multiple posts and only provide information in the format in which it is asked, I average a couple of hundred emails a day so can do without posts that contain nothing informative, thanks.

Edit to add, we are missing the top part of HWMomitor, use the method below to take and upload the screenshot for us;

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... after typing in any response you have... click on Upload a File to add the screenshot.

Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.

and when you blow out the dust from within the case, also remove the graphics card and memory chips, wipe their contacts and use a soft bristled brush to wipe their motherboard slots, clean the GPU fan and re-seat them.
make sure to blow out the PSU as well.

personally I use the air-compressor in the garage, and yes, I have heard all the nay-sayers comments about how harmful that can be.
just hold the fans as you go and you'll be fine.
or use those little expensive compressed air cans that last for 9 seconds!

nope, hasnt crashed still since the last log i posted. i went down to one monitor for awhile but now im back to all 3 (4 when i turn it on). still only have windows defender. i cleaned the case before bruces reply all the dust is gone, the dust filters were kinda bad. but now theyre cleaned too, cleaned the gpu and reseated it too (removed it for easier cleaning) didnt reseat the ram. the cpu heatsink looked kinda bad too but dont have any rubbing alcohol or cleaner to clean the paste and apply some more if i removed it so i just left it.

Sounds promising so lets hope that getting rid of the additional AVs and your spring clean have done the job.

Lets give it a few more days and if we don`t hear back from you we will sign your thread off.
