Problem with i7 10700k! It gets too hot!

No unfortunately not. Can it be the psu ? I've got the corsair tx650m, should I order a rm650x and see if its better?
 
If you do buy another psu..Make sure it has at least a 5 to 10 year warranty on it. Most of these are the gold standard..
 
Ok it's weird because I never had any problems with the psu, I thought it could be the motherboard
 
Ok can you start the pc in safe mode? Also when you are checking these temps, are you checking them in your bio's?
