Hi there,
Thank you for checking this post, I will provide any information that's requested as quick as I can as the help is very much appreciated!
I built my PC about 6 months ago, all new parts. I called the company I bought the parts from but they've stated that I need to send them the defective part and cannot supply the entire PC. During Covid they are not offering a repair service either so I'm kind of stuck.
-----------------
Yesterday I left my PC idle for an hour or so, nothing running apart from windows but when I returned it stated:
Black Screen - "Reboot and select proper device"
This confused me as I have an M2 onboard SSD with my OS installed so I restarted and entered the bios to check it was booting from the correct spot.
I have two options:
If I select the one with Windows Boot Installer at the start of the name it will just cut out after the MB Splash screen and then restart by cutting out completely and then turning itself back on - Although, on one occasion I got to the 'see advanced repair options' screen but after clicking that it cut out again and restarted, another time it actually made it to my desktop for around a second before it cut out again.
After cutting out I usually end up in a loop:
Turn on > Mother Board Splash Screen > Mother Board Might state 'attempting automatic repair' > Cuts out > Restarts
Thanks again!!!
