Re @Pyro request for drivers
Before doing any install, it is a good idea to go to the support page for your system. Download the drivers you are going to need i.e. chipset, sound, video, wireless, etc. Whilst Win10 has a lot of native drivers, Microsoft drivers are designed for ease of use and are NOT designed for any type of performance. Store these drivers on another usb or you can even just make a folder on your install usb when you are finished making the install usb. Copy the drivers into that folder.

When you are finished with the Windows install, then install your drivers.

- Chipset or Motherboard
- Sata or hard drive
- Video adapter
- Network interface card (NIC)
- Audio
- Touchpad
- Any other hardware drivers needed for your particular model.

I should unplug the Internet uninstall everything that's on my pc?
Download drivers to usb and install before connecting to the Internet?
I need to connect to the Internet to complete the driver install because it keeps saying (oops!! Some thing went wrong ?
Would this be the reason for my card not being recognised innthe bios without a cpu or os installed?
I have done this before and the card should be recognised on the test bench with only card/psu & hdmi plugged in ?
When I built my pc it was without the gpu. 3 moths later I got the gpu, plugged it in and it was recognised streight away no problems?
I changed drivers twice and bios once no problems for 2 months untill the instant freeze one day and no more gpu being recognised anywhere by anything?

I have followed everything in have been told to do several times to no avail ? I'm leaning towards the igpu gone bad ?
Only cpu and ram have not been changed ?
sounds like faulty.

I'm new to pc building but learned alot and troubleshoot everything in detail.
I have 2 brand new gpu and a second new mobo with a second new psu..... gpu is not recognised in bios pcie slot config ?
I have change it to all settings to try getting it to recognise to no avail?
New windows installed 10 and then 11 = gpu not recognised
New gpu = not recognised
Then new motherboard = not recognised ?
I also turned of automatic driver installer, Used ddu to uninstall drivers, used all the up to date driver install from official websites to no avail ?
Only things left to consider is
The second motherboard I got is also broken with the same problem as the first motherboard ?
Cpu is broke ?
Ram is broke ?
I have ordered a r5 4500 cpu and a second set of ram, if that does not fix the problem it has to be the motherboard ?
I would be very unlucky if that's the problem ?
Speccy shows me that the pcie slots are working fine so I'm leaning towards a broken igpu ?

Sorry I did have the cpu in lol what I ment was, just the motherboard+cpu+psu+ram all the basics NO OS.

Yes. I have spent 2 weeks following all advice down the usual channel to no avail
Has to be cpu ???
I do play games I built the pc for gaming.
Both gpu I have work on other systems I've tried it, that is why I'm so confused
I will start from the beginning because it is confusing.
Build that I have the problem with was..
R5 5600g...
MSI RX6750XT..
MSI B550A PRO.. inthen had the error 45 gpu not detected issue, thought it was the gpu so I got another rx6750xt and, that did not recognise ?
Then bought new motherboard with latest bios for 5600g cpu gigabyte b550m ds3h v1.4
Still not recognised ?
Whiped the pc & m.2/installed windows again/installed drivers again. Used DDU to uninstall drivers then I manually installed chipset driver from gigabyte website/installed drivers for gpu from amd official site to no avail ?
Summing up.....
2 gpu both work but not on my system ?
2 motherboards with the exact same issue with detecting gpu in pcie slot in bios ?
2 new psu both work fine.

Make sure all of your headers are plugged in correctly.
Reference your motherboard manual and make sure they are fully seated. Especially the power connectors (on the PSU side as well if it's modular).
Make sure when you strip down to inspect the components. Look for bent CPU/socket pins, any damage to the RAM/slot or GPU/slot. A can of compressed air to dislodge any dust in the slots wouldn't be a bad idea either.
