Solved PC wont boot up after trying a additional HDD

Fixed it!
The issue was pretty stupid, the coincidence of my hdmi cable dying right after installing the hard disk. Firstly i tought i couldnt be the cable because i was getting video signal in the bios, but i said its worth the try, and it was. Plugged my old hdmi cable in the tv and its not working so, that was the issue. Thanks for your time and help!
Tip for everyone, dont treat cable issues as i did, even if you are sure that cables are not faulty, try swapping them to be 100% sure.
 
The issue was not stupid at all and you did well to find it (y) you can have two different types of signal going on there, analogue in the BIOS and HDMI once POST has completed, it was mentioned in my reply #2 as being odd that the issue had happened as was it being suggested that you make sure that the video cable etc were all securely connected. for some reason you would not believe me when I suggested that it was GPU related as i did again in my reply #4.

We are glad to hear that you got it resolved and thank you for letting us know but for future reference, you are likely to get things sorted a lot quicker if you work with and not against those that are trying to help you ;)
