Hello, i know that this problem has been asked millions of times, but I've tried every solution i could find online and still ended up with nothing. A while back i had posted a thread explaining that my PC turned on without the cpu conector plugged after my psu died. We ended up that the motherboard was the problem. Fast forward to now, i bought a new motherboard (ASUS Prime Z90-P) and it fixed the problem that the PC managed to turn on with everything connected, the problem now is that when I turn the PC on, everything runs fine. Fans are spinning, graphics card is working, motherboard IO connections are working fine, but now the PC just turns on but doesn't display a signal or boot up to windows nor even the bios, the PC just runs on nothing pretty much. I've tried everything that i could find to help, resetting the bios by taking out and putting the CMOS battery back, turning it on with 1 of the both ram sticks with both of them, turning it on without the graphics card, rechecking if everything was connected properly, plugging it into a different outlet source, nothing seems to work. As i said, everything turns on but my keyboard and mouse or any sort of display. Any chance anyone can help see if there's a solution to this?

Intel 10400F
ASUS Prime Z90-P
Thermaltake ux 100 5v cpu cooler
Rtx 2060
Evga 610 bp 610w bronze rated power supply
Vulcan G 512 ssd
8x2 gb olay ddr4 3200mhz ram
Deepcool matrexx 50 case
2tb WD external hard drive

I have my displayport connected to the graphics card. But i did try testing to connect it to the motherboard to see if there was any signal or display, but still nothing
 
I've made sure that the graphics card is connected properly. And to my knowledge every one of my parts are compatible with my motherboard, i even tried checking with PCPartPicker and it said that everything was perfectly compatible
 
I tried chance the display port to HDMI to see if it was the displayports problem but no, even with the HDMI it still doesn't display anything. And as i said, everything turns on fine including the graphics card, it just doesn't send a signal torwars the monitor or keyboard and doesnt seem to boot up to windows nor the bios, just running on nothing

And about the motherboard, it's a Z590-P, my apologies for not including that in
 
Right now, one of the combat ability issues I see is that the RAM is not correct for that CPU.

Which can cause the issue that you are having.

Are you hearing any beeps and or are there any lights on the motherboard that signify any issues?

If there is no speaker attached to the motherboard you will have to purchase one and attach it.
 
Yeah i just looked into the processor nor being able to run 3200mhz and only 266mhz. But i found that odd since I've never had a ram issue in regards of the ram. I can just make the ram run at 2666mhz whenever i manage to boot up to the bios and don't have to buy another set of ram right?

My motherboard doesn't have a beep speaker so I'll have to get that. And as far as the lights, it doesn't have any lights in it to indicate any issues as some motherboards do, unless I'm just blind but I've checked numerous times, but I'll recheck just to be sure lol.
 
Update: a friend of mine came by to try to work to see what could be wrong with the PC. After showing him everything and testing everything all of you had suggested (which at the moment nothing worked), we decided to test the most rare and less likely case that you guys said, the CPU being the cause of the problem. He brought his PC and we swapped my 10400f with his i5 1166k, and surely enough the PC actually fully booted up with no problem and managed to get to the bios and into Windows running perfectly fine. We let it run for over an hour while installing the drivers of my motherboard and nothing happened and worked perfectly.Upon further inspection, we noticed that the bottom of my 10400f processor had some heat stains across different areas of the pin textures, so we can pretty much say that the processor more than likely got cooked along with my previous motherboard and power supply. I decided to get a new computer battery as it has caused me voltage problems towards my PC before, mainly just the power supply's as it cooked two before this instance so I'm just gonna get a new one, so if anyone has a recommendation of a good PC/outlet battery then please let me know.
We also noticed that the Thermaltake heatsink that I've been using is extremely tight and causes a lot of tension when trying to install (which apparently is a very common issue with that heatsink) so I'm also gonna look into that and probably get a hyper 212 Evo, unless there's better budget friendly heatsinks that y'all could recommend as this pic is burning my wallet lmao. So sadly I win the lottery on damaging the less possible part to damage in a PC lmao.

So thank you to everyone who helped along and tried to help me. If there's any questions or suggestions you'd recommend me to check out beforehand just in case please let me know

Are you talking about a backup battery?

Or are you asking about the power supply unit?

The only batteries that desktop system have are the coin CMOS batteries.

Get one that is specific for that processor, otherwise with some you will end up having the same issue. Have also read that some will VOID out the warranty for the CPU.

would still strongly suggest getting the speaker that will help diagnosing issues prior to them becoming costly.

Yeah I've already started looking for coolers, one that stood out to me was the deepcool ak400 which seems good and is compatible with the processor

Thanks i will wait for the battery to come just to be sure if for some reason there's something else

Welp, the bios speaker came and i tried turning the PC in and there was no sound that came from it at all, the PC just booted up and ran without displaying anything like usual

Now I'm just wating for the new CPU to come in to swap it out
