I power on my pc and mid boot everything disconnects, like my two monitors, keyboard, mouse and all my fans ramp up to max speed. All I see is a black screen, no pop ups, no blue sceen. I have to switch off my psu (I can’t turn it off at all, the only way is through the psu switch when this problem happens). What components is causing this? I've read that it might me my powersupply. I've never have this issue until now.

Try unplugging devices that aren't essential, you stated that you have multiple monitors, only leave one plugged in along with your mouse and keyboard.

The other monitor, microphones, USB devices, external drives, etc, should all be unplugged, then try starting it.

Were any system changes made recently in terms of software/hardware? Anything from a new hard drive to a graphics software update?

Try the simple stuff first, then delve into stuff like a PSU swap.^
