people particularly get spooked with the IP addresses - again, these are on your side of the firewall, they are LAN addresses.
depending on your network/modem setup, you may have outwards facing, or WAN, addresses, but these are already publicly listed on the web so DNS lookups can occur.
there is no info in the Speccy report that helps anyone get into your system.
