Low quality PSUs are very common from mass-producing system builders. They can get just enough life out of the average unit to get a system through the warranty period.
This is the first thing we attack since it can cause a myriad of problems and is never a bad component to have 'overbought' on.

According to the warranty on their site all you should have done contact them and if they accept it the will then RMA the system.
