My younger sister changed win10 login password as requested the other day. But she forgot to write down the new password and now it is locked because of incorrect password. I am trying to use Ophcrack to recover the password, but it returns table not found error when booting into it. Any suggestion?

Unfortunately I believe it is against the forum’s rules to help with cracking passwords.
However I can suggest if this is a Microsoft account that you can try the ‘forgot password’ link on the account.
