I don't know what is the problem in my Pc.

Whenever I move my cursor it moves left behind its shadow or it looks like it have motion blur. The same problem is with everything. It looks like everything have motion blur. Also there is a shader problem in my pc. Everything animation is very slow Frame by frame.
I can see shadow of tabs after closing them for a while .
when I play any video I can see like they have motionblur. Nothing is clear everything have old frames I don't know what is the problem.

Specs: i5 2400
Invidia Geforce 210
4Gb Ram
Hp W185 Monitor
 
So other can assist let get a speccy report.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
