Hello I’m having some trouble with my pc (windows 10)

I opened my computer while it was on and adjusted a cord because i believed it was not plugged in all the way. While i was doing this, the computer started turning on and off really fast. I pressed the switch for the power so it would stop doing this. When it came back on it did the flashing of on and off again. I turned the power off and waited for a while. When i came back and turned it on it stopped flashing on and off but instead nothing pops up on the monitor anymore.
 
it would help if you gave us some information about your hardware
Make and model if big brand E.G Hp, Dell etc
If pot brand name then make and model of the motherboard
