Yes. It's better for the person who's having trouble to get help on their own, so that way they can learn plus sometimes things get lost in translation. Relaying information then having you post it is not really the best way for someone to get tech help don't you agree? :)

I just want him to get the best help he can. That's what PCHF is for :)

It depends on the person, I feel as though everything I have posted hasn't had anything lost in its "translation" from my friend to you all. That being said, I'll tell him make an account and create a new thread

Has this been attempted yet ?
i reseated the cpu, took it out, cleaned off the thermal paste, put new thermal paste back on, and then turned it back on, same thing, i didn't do the graphics card yet, i will tell him to do that as well as make an account for this forum.
