Due to the issues we've had, your password will need to be reset. Please click the button that says "Forgot Your Password" and change it. We are working to have things back to normal. Any update john c richards?
Have taken a break from the problem . Because its having an adverse effect on my well-being. I an a little long in the tooth, and my level of expertise is being challenged. Get back on it soon. The PC supplier has sent me software to monitor the modem / lan activity, which they previously did at their premises with no problem found. They do not take my point that the problem is on the PC. The breaks in connection occur when any program connects to the internet , Chrome , Lightroom, Acdsee - etc etc.

Please again @john c richards no need to quote previous post. It only adds to unnecessary clutter.

If you wish to take a break from this, will close the thread. Should you wish to continue later please contact a staff member who can re open it for you.
