It could have done with being left a while longer. the services.exe entry is Windows doing checks on various important services within Windows and once the checks have been done and found to be ok the CPU usage should drop off, other than that there is nothing untoward going on with the CPU.

If you are going to check it again make sure to give it a couple of minutes at least, if you are not going to bother checking it again just let us know.

https://ctrlv.cz/OUXK - I took this screenshot just after i finnished playing Rainbow Six Siege, I don't know if i have to restart my computer everytime doing this but if so i'll do it again tomorrow.

No that looks good with only Steam using up bit of the CPU resources.

What was the game play like in Rainbow Six Siege

Well if you mean like fps, it was good i've never had problems with that game probably average fps about 60 but on certain maps it gets higher above 80. But it's worse in BF V, and even worse in GTA V. I've just thought i could run benchmark tests before.. So i can compare them.

Okay, i just ran a benchmark tests on normal settings (GTA V) and the average was about 100fps so i said wow, okay let's try high settings, the average was about 65fps and the lowest fps were 44. I was so suprised so i got into online tried flying with the jet, shooting with explosive cannon, no lags at all.. Jeez, thank you man, finally is my computer's performance as it should be. I'm considering a donation to you guys, because you really deserve it, but since i'm a student i can't afford that much but i'll se what i can do. I really appreciate the help.

Allright, i've celebrated too quickly, it ain't that great but instead of 5-10min. I have to play at least 45mins for fps to start dropping.. I don't really know what's going on.

We had done something right or you would have seen no improvement at all.

Couple of possible causes, heat, if gaming online a drop in the internet service or an outside chance something has been installed without you knowing.

For now, post a new Speccy url for us and next time that you are gaming should you get a drop in FPS make a note of the following, the temps, the game that you were playing and how long you had been playing before the drop in FPS.

Tip
If using a computer and not a mobile phone, please avoid adding multiple posts while waiting for us to reply to your last, edit your last post to include anything that you wish to add, this will ensure nothing gets overlooked which can sometimes happen if a thread has more than one page, it also avoids filling up folks inbox

Polite reminder from my reply #11, assistance works two ways and it is important that you do as we ask or let us know otherwise and from my reply #17 yesterday Please make sure that Windows does not try to update any drivers on you and especially not for the GPU as it will most likely reinstall the very same drivers that have been causing you grief.

You do not seem to have taken the above onboard and as a consequence we have now gone backwards, I am on holiday from work this week and spending my time giving free help across the forums, this time would be better spent helping more folk rather than repeating what has already been done, if you cannot follow what is being advised let us know and we can ask for someone else to take over.

What we can see in both Speccy reports: ;

The Power Plan is set to Balanced and not High Performance.

There is Nvidea software running on the computer.

Nvidea drivers were re installed yesterday;

Power Profile
Active power scheme: Vyvážený

Running: NVIDIA Display Container LS

31. 10. 2019 NVIDIA - Display - 6/13/2018 12:00:00 AM - 24.21.13.9827

The memory use is high even when not under load but it goes through the roof when gaming.

Physical Memory
Memory Usage: 52 %

Physical Memory
Memory Usage: 88 %

The behaviour regarding the RAM is typical of when there is only a single stick of 8GB RAM present which means that it is only working in single channel mode which is 50% of what it is capable of which = 1333MHz as opposed to 2666MHz.

So, I set my active power scheme to high performance, but when i uninstalled my drivers i haven't got any notification or any choice where i can select to update/ don't update the drivers.

See Option one here for how to stop Windows from automatically downloading and installing drivers, disregard the warning that your device may not work properly, call me a cynic but to me that is just scaremongering on the behalf of Microsoft who want full control of your computer :(

So, i didn't reply for quite a time now, i've been doing a little 'research' about my fps and it is very positive, now i can play GTA V on Very high/ High settings with average of 70fps, but without any drops.. I think, that now is the time to say, that we've finally managed to get my laptop running as it was before.

Glad to hear that all is now well with the computer.
