Might be a better idea to just go ahead and do a system restore to a point prior to you removing things, then I can help you remove what you want properly without side effects.

Ok, let me know the outcome, I think this is a software issue due to some things being removed improperly.

Just go ahead and perform a system restore on the machine, try this point.

by the way is everything going to be fine if I do a complete reset of the pc?
like a complete wipe

You should only do that as a last resort, you can try and install the drivers first. If that fails to correct the issue, then a system restore is in order. Your choice to reformat, but I think it a drastic move at this point.

its just that I wasn't the only person using this pc and they installed some things that I would like to get rid of
but I'm afraid that they can start the same problem

If you do a system restore then I will move this thread to the malware area and use some tools that dig deep to find out what is going on with your system, then it will be like the other person never used your machine at all. Your choice, I will guide you through and make sure you do things properly. Or format, it is all up to you, just let me know what you want to do. :)

Thank you for your support on my issue, I will continue on my own though. P.S. this website is amazing I especially like the how to speed up your internet connection post
