It says to clean it with a vacuum every 3 months. How do i take the panel off? Also, can i clean the monitor the same as i did with the other one i had? With glass cleaner?

Sorry if this isnt the right place. Not sure where to post this. Thanks.

Hello

It is not wise to vacuum any pc on the inside and or use any kind of liquid.. The best way is to use can air.. (

) being that your pc is new it should be a while before it would need a good dusting ..

Thanks, the manual says clean every 3 months, but there are no instructions on how to open the comp up. I assume it opens from the back but i cant figure out how.

+1 - definitely do not vacuum.
and when using the cans of air, use them upside down.
and 3 months is ridiculous, unless you live on a dirt road in the middle of a garbage dump.
I do mine maybe once a year, probably more like two!

as to removing the side panel, looks like there is a hand hold to the right of the top air vent.
the screws seem to be already removed, but check under the white tape in the bottom right corner.
looks like you just pull at the hand hold to remove it. but some more pictures would help, or even the make/model of the PC.

3 months did seem excessive.

microfibre cloth are awesome for cleaning glass, no chemicals required.
any stubborn spots you just lick the cloth and wipe it off.

Thanks. We can close this up. Can you get micro-fiber cloth at walmart before closing.

any shop that sells cleaning products will have them in stock.
they are very common these days, probably the go-to cleaning cloth.
I get them in bags of 10.
