I recently bought a pre-build and this came unscrewed is this a problem and how could i go about solving it. image

I think it is the Northbridge and I don't know.

Yes it is a problem as if not securely in place the MB will overheat.

You are lucky that this has not shorted out the MB already and the sooner that you contact the seller to make a complaint the better.

NB: Can I ask that you do not double post, due to you being a new member and your OP containing a pic the post needed mod approval, you can thank people that post spam for this :mad:
