and just to get the dumb stuff out of the way....

you have the monitor plugged into the GPU, not the mobo?
and when you removed the GPU and tried to get it going, you had the monitor plugged into the mobo and your mobo and CPU support onboard graphics?

Yup, i plugged it into the graphics card the whole time, then when trying to turn it on without the graphics card I connected it to the motherboards cpu on board graphics. And after all of that still nothing

No such MB but fwiw there is an ASUS Prime Z390-P and sorry to say it is not compatible with 10th generation CPUs, only 8th and 9th, you can confirm this for yourself here
Yes that was my mistake, to clarify the I'm currently using motherboard is a Z590-P. Sorry for the typo

That board is ok with the CPU but the RAM that you have is not compatible with the CPU which can only handle RAM up to 2666MHz.

What you need to do, get an alternative GPU that you can swap in for testing while there is just the one stick of RAM in the board and only the screen and a keyboard connected, this should have been done before assembling the parts inside the case, you should also have a BIOS error speaker like in the attachment below.

Can I just make sure that you are aware that there is no integrated video from the MB and that if you are using a USB type keyboard it must be connected to a black USB 2.0 port.

I've had the PC for about two years with the same 3200mhz ram and 10400f CPU and never had a problem with the ram and always ran perfectly fine. Only thing that I've changed in the PC is the motherboard and power supply after these 2 years, but I'll try to check with some 2666mhz ram then to see if that's the problem.

As far as i checked, my motherboard never came with a BIOS speaker when I bought it. It just came with three bags that two of them have some screws and one with some m.2 pad and the rest was just SATA cables. So I guess I'll have to see if i can buy it somewhere

And yes I'm aware about the keyboard, I've always had it onto a USB 2.0 port and changed it to the 3.0 ports and still nothing. I'm sure that my keyboard isn't broken cause it works perfectly fine on my laptop, but now with the PC it doesn't light up or turn on

I don`t just make things up and always check my facts before posting, Intel clearly state here that 2666MHz RAM is the maximum that their if 10400F can handle.

I'll try to check with some 2666mhz ram then to see if that's the problem.

Wasn`t what was suggested, one stick of RAM cannot run in dual channel so will be well within the maximum speed that the CPU can handle.

What was suggested, getting a BIOS error speaker and alternative GPU to swap in just for testing.

I didn't mean anything as saying that you were lying or something like that, just wanted to mention that i found that odd since I never had a problem with it. But thank you for clarifying that since I didn't know. Now just to be sure, when and if i manage to make the PC boot up, i can go into the bios to make the ram only run at 2666mhz so that i wouldn't be forced to purchase another ram, correct?

I will try to test the GPU swap and will get back if anything changes and works

You already have an ongoing thread regarding this issue so not sure why or how I for one never noticed.

We understand that computer issues can be stressful but please do not start more than one thread looking for help with the same issue, this not only wastes helpers time but can also lead to confusion as to who`s and what guidance you are following which in turn can lead to mishaps and potentially irreparable damage to your computer.
