IP configuration not recieved powerline

Hello everyone,

When using my TP-Link AV500 powerline with ethernet cable, it comes up with the yellow triangle in the right corner and fails to recognise the network. I have tried all the common go to CMD commands when troubleshooting this issue including:
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

(also the netsh one but I can't quite remember the exact string)

Here are the results of the 'ipconfig /all', firstly when it is directly plugged into the router and secondly when it is plugged into the powerline and does not work:

Any help would be much appreciated :)
 
My powerline does not have any software as far as I'm aware as I could not find any drivers or such.
My internet options are automatic too.
 
Is this something that just started happening with the hardware or this is new hardware that you are just now installing?

What are both of the adapters plugged into for power and going from where the Ethernet cable plugs in from the source to the device.

Then from the receiving device to the computer.
 
I've been using this setup for about a year and it only stopped working when I restarted my router. No hardware changes have occurred and no software as far as I can tell. I've restarted the router in the past and this has not happened either.

The adaptors are plugged into the mains sockets so there is enough energy output.
 
On the bottom of the adapters there is a button that you may have to push to pair them together.

Have you tried redoing them all together like they were fresh out of the box?
 
When you were in Device Manager did you delete the reference to them and have the computer reboot so it can reinsert the reference for them.

Updated the firmware?

Is the router seeing the hardware?
