Do you have the Windows 10 install media so you can perform a repair?

If Needed

Through this we can roll back some of the most recent updates and see of that correct it.
I just reinstalled windows in the end and it's now working with the new ram....

I was able to keep all files but obviously it's not installed is there any way to do that automatically ????
 
Unfortunately, when you perform a repair install some of the registry entries get reset and some of the up-to-date files that the previously installed programs need get over written.

as far as the old programs a simple reinstall should fix that.

what is the issue with the data

Should be fine actually got most back just doesn't seem to have my saved passwords etc in Firefox ???? oh well I'll be doing alot of resetting then...
