I can't tell if I have one or not I don't think I do but I looked for it I got a new gou and can't connect it do I need a new PSU or do I need an extra cable what should I do

I am not really sure what you are asking for.. This looks like the back side of a psu.. Do you need an extra power cable? Need more details..
 
do you mean somethig like this;

right end plugs into your GPU, left hand plugs into a corresponding molex cable coming our of the power supply.
