Greetings.
A while ago I purchased a 486 motherboard. I am unable to identify the specs on the board. To me, there are absolutely no identifiers such as a number or a label.
The board looks to me as an old Packard Bell or Compaq. I mean specifically how the board is arranged. I needed to purchase a Riser Card; I found a Compaq one which plugs right in. Hower, I also needed memory. I purchased two separate batches of some 30-pin memory. (I know I am shooting in the dark without knowing it's type.... but I had nothing to lose) and neither were the correct size. So....50.00 gone.
The board original came with a 486SX....25MHz I think. I purchased a 486DX 33MHz to replace it with.
Ok, back to the board. I see "Tandy Corp" but nothing else really. I took pics showing what I am hoping to turn out OK.
