My Laptop has found itself in the BSOD loop and continues to restart itself. It seems to alternate between two errors: NTFS file system and FAT file system. Any repairs I’ve searched invole opening in safe mode but i can’t do that at any point.

Welcome to PCHF Remcd2702,

Try using the notebooks power on button to start and shutdown the computer a couple of times, you will hopefully after two or three times get the Windows recovery environment to come up, if yes, try the Troubleshooting options there and starting with a system restore point if that is one of the options available to you.

You need to shutdown the computer before it gets to that blue screen shown in your OP but please make sure that you give it long enough for the computer to try and load Windows before shutting down.
