Let me know how the machine is performing after doing the above and rebooting. Can you also screen shot your entire task manager, you have only been sending the top portion, show me all of it in three screen shots if needed. :)

they kept on moving so I hope I got everything.

Also is it possible and safe to disable the antimalware?

To be honest the laptop is running smooth now, but it is still lagging when I run my game.
Like you said that I needed more ram. Whenever I run the game, memory usage goes up to 90%. But I feel like the 100% hard disk usage is lagging me more than the ram issue.
Other than that I am very happy with my laptop now. Maybe I will check the ram option.

Yea, you really need more ram to be doing any sort of gaming, with 4gigs of ram you essentially just have a netbook..

Disable the superfetch service.

You can disable Defender, make it is totally disabled with this tool.
https://www.sordum.org/9480/defender-control-v2-1/

But, you will not want to be going around unprotected. Install one of these below, is much lighter than defender and will offer adequate protection.

Open your device manager and under display adapters right click and disable Intel HD Graphics 620, you have the 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce 930MX which you can leave enabled, and you can do a clean install of it with DDU, then grab the latest copy of the driver from here. 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce 930MX

You can maybe squeeze a bit more performance from your machine with this tool. Just make sure and create a restore point prior to playing around with the settings.

Should I mark this thread as solved, or is there anything else?

Last quick question, is it possible to update the hard disk? If so, where can I find the latest update?

I'm not sure what you mean? An update for your hard drive? Then the answer is no. As far as drivers go, I have not updated anything other than my graphics driver in 10 years and I'm still on the same install of windows. Updating drivers is pointless unless you are having issues. Just plain and simple its something people do but isn't needed.

You can as a final step run Privazer to clean up useless temp files. Then defrag the machine.

Download KpRM
Save to Desktop
Check Delete Tools'
Delete Restore points
Create Restore point.
Then click run.
I'll Mark this as solved for you.:)
