In addition to Bruce's question, try turning it (hibernate) off and see if it helps.
Open an elevated command prompt. In the prompt type powercfg -h off, hit Enter. Reboot the PC.
If you want to turn it back on, simply type powercfg -h on, hit Enter and reboot.
