I have been up all night now trying to resolve the issue and I need to go to sleep but I will reply tomorrow and try your feedback😀
 
When you ran DDU did you do this within safe mode? If not did you restart the PC after running DDU?
Have you tried downloading the drivers first, going offline then installing the drivers?

Yes please tell us, it may help someone in the future. And I’d like to know what it was.
 
Well i figured it was a hardware issue considering all the problems, so I swapped the motherboard to a prime b250m-a and now it works
 
it downloaded the game ready drivers just fine, so im thinking something has gone wrong with my motherboard in the last 4 years, but i cant exactly say what happend sadly, but with the same memory and the same processor in another motherboard and it works fine....
