Brand new motherboard. Installed gpu (rx5700xt) and vga and boot light remain on. No display to screen. All external connections work (keyboard, mouse, headset, Ethernet). The fans on the gpu used to start up upon power on, but now they do not, but the blue lights indicate the gpu has power. I have re-slotted/re-installed several times, removed cmos battery & re installed, I have cleaned as much of the graphics card I can, tried hdmi and DP cables, everything I could find online, I've tried. The VGA and BOOT lights will remain on. The motherboard does not detect a card. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

What power supply do you have? Have you made sure the power supply is powerful enough to handle the video card? Have you tried testing the GPU in another computer to rule out a faulty video card?
