(Already sorry for my bad english) So, i have issues with my PC, when i play any game, the game lags. After my tries to repair it, i came to conclusion that there's something wrong with my GPU, but i'm not sure. So i tried to reinstall the drivers. I uninstalled my GPU drivers with DDU, installed fresh drivers, i launched the game, and i though: finally, the problem is gone! But i started the game one more time and the issue came back. I made an video explaining the problem, i also have HWiNFO64 logs from first launch and second launch. After second launch, the issue comes every other launch. I saw that the %low drops to 3 fps when the lag comes.

I can't post the hwinfo files because of .CSV so there link to download it: https://files.fm/u/wybe6rvrg

On polish forums we use hwinfo, but i don't know if it is used here.

PC specs:
RTX 2060 super dual palit
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX
Corsair VS550W
HyperX 2666Mhz CL13 (2x8) (i overclocked it to 3200Mhz and CL16)
kingston A400 240GB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB

The problem shows up on every game, like gta 5, cs:go, but it is most to see on rdr2.
I hope i get more help than on polish forums, and the issue will be resolved :D
(all drivers are up to date, the thing like first launch is very smooth and another launches lags, are everytime i reinstall the GPU drivers.)
Recorded with geforce experience, i don't know why the full HD quality is so bad.
Here the issue video:

I don’t really have cash right now to buy an new PSU, but the PC was build by an company, i didn’t know much about pc’s and told only to have 16 gb ram ryzen 5 3600 and rtx 2060 super. Why they choosed this kind of bad PSU? I don’t know. The PC doesn’t take whole wattage, and as i saw on hwinfo, the 12v and another lines are just good, i think.

I would take this up with the place that you purchased the PC from, trust me I have been doing this stuff for years and Corsair are one of the best brands of PSU but they make them for different categories and the VS range is bottom end as are all White and most Bronze efficiency rated PSUs from even the best of brands, don`t take my word for it, your range of PSU is rated as; Tier D • Recommended only for very cheap, iGPU systems by people here who test PSUs all day long.

I know what u mean, the problem is just that i live in netherlands, and the brand is in poland, because i’m polish and the pc came just cheaper out in poland. I know the lags could be because of my PSU, but rare thing is with the 1 launch and another launches of the game, GPU drivers. I’m not so much with building PC’s and replace of an PSU should be an very stressfull process for me and i’m not sure if it doesn’t remove the warranty on the pc. I have an question, does changing of your thermal paste on cpu affect the warranty? Or changing the cooler? And if we talk about PSU, which PSU should you recommend to, let me say, 80 euro?

The PC is something like 1 year old.

does changing of your thermal paste on cpu affect the warranty? Or changing the cooler?

Yes to both, curious as to why you ask, you are worried about voiding any warranty so why do you not pursue the people that sold you the computer with a sub standard PSU in it, the thermal compound and CPU cooler are nothing to do with your issue/s and you would know about it if they were as your computer would overheat in a nano second and shutdown on you.

The two most appropriate PSUs are here and here I would recommend getting the Seasonic.

Yeah okay, i think about it. If i choose to restore PC without document loss, would all drivers be uninstalled?

If you mean a "refresh" any third party non MS store apps will be uninstalled but your personal stuff will be safe.

Yeah i just want to install all drivers fresh, not only from GPU. Do drivers count as personal stuff that won't be uninstalled?

To do what you ask you will need to do a clean install of Windows then reinstall the drivers and starting with the MBs chipset drivers first.

Don`t blame you for trying anything and everything but believe me when I say that your PSU is just not able to support such a high end build, we could provide a way of you testing the GPU to prove it but we cannot safely do so in case the PSU popped while you were doing the test and took the rest of your hardware with it.

I made many tests already, like AIDA64 running for 30 minutes, or prime95 tests, nothing is popped, but i know what u mean, the psu is cheap and is too low quality to hold up my pc and in case of anything goes wrong it can take the whole pc. I try to contact with them.

How long did you run Prime95 for and what was the outcome, a weak PSU will normally turn itself off.

NB: Prime95 was one of the tests that I was too nervous to ask you to run btw.

I believe it was running for more than 10 minutes, but not sure if it was blend mode. I used it to test the RAM stability after OC, but that was some months ago.
But if i run it, is there risk that it will get damaged or it just gonna shut off to don't harm the components?

I would not recommend that you run Prime95.

Download Speedfan and install it. Once it's installed, run the program and post here any information it shows.

So that we have a comparison to Speedfan, download, run and grab a screenshot of HWMonitor (free).

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... after typing in any response you have... click on Upload a File to add the screenshot.

Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.

Uhm, i don't know what did happen but i wanted to launch speedfan and the app stopped working causing an... BSOD? I don't know the error code, it did just flash for half second or something.

Second time it launched but shows only my hard drives.

Does it even support my hardware? Because i'm not sure. Owh and one more question, do i need to post it under load or just in idle?

HWmonitor works good.

Tip
If using a computer and not a mobile phone, please avoid adding multiple posts while waiting for us to reply to your last, edit your last post to include anything that you wish to add, this will ensure nothing gets overlooked which can sometimes happen if a thread has more than one page, it avoids filling up folks inbox and last but not least it amounts to you bumping your thread which is not appropriate and will not get you a reply any quicker.

The steps post did say "post here any information it shows" as not all boards have the same sensors and yes your hardware is compatible with Speedfan.

What happened to the screenshots?

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box

I don't have folder like "Minidump" inside the windows folder, even when searching %systemroot%\Minidump the folder can't be found. The minidump is correctly configured.
