I come to you because I have had a problem with my pc for a few days or even a week. Sometimes my pc freezes and it starts with a non-response from my keyboard followed by my mouse and then frozen screen. If I do nothing it can stay like that for more than 2 hours. I have to turn off the pc with the power button otherwise I can't.

Typical behaviour of something overheating, this includes a PSU that is overheating internally.

If the computer is a desktop can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

The power supply has been changed but the problem encountered was there before this change and I also thought that it came from there but on speecy I did not encounter any excessive heating even in game. ATX power supply Be Quiet Pure Power 11 CM - 700W here food. And for the speecy result I can provide it to you.

A decent enough PSU as long as it is still in warranty, less than five years old.

Regarding Speccy, it shows that the computer is in a bit of a mess both hardware and software wise, who on earth installed all those anti virus programmes and worst of all the Iobit/Advanced System Care crapware, see my canned info below.

You will not see anything like this recommended on any reputable forum, they are at best a gimmick and at worse a danger to the operating systems registry, it is an old article but the author is still highly respected and tbh Ive not seen it explained better than at the miekiemoes' Blog here

As a starting point and starting at the top in the Speccy list;

Operating System
Windows 10 Famille 64-bit
Computer type: Desktop
Installation Date: 12/03/2021 23:31:47

There are no Windows 10 or Windows Defender updates shown to have been installed since Windows 10 was initially installed on 12/03/2021, until we can see a fully up to date Windows for two reasons no more assistance can be offered here, the first is because trying to fix an out of date Windows is about as much use as trying to catch rain in straw hat and second more importantly because we have no way of knowing if Windows is legit and helping likely to get the forum on the wrong side of the law.

Get Windows fully up to date, get rid of all the crapware, run Speccy again and post the new Speccy url and we will go from there.
