Everything i do crashes as small intervals

To summarize:

The issues have begun from day one, without ANY tinkering with settings (correct me if I am wrong).
The Windows installation was original (downloaded from Microsoft) and not altered in any way.
You have tested the memory and is good.

At work I had BSODs related to Intel RST drivers and the associated controller (A770 to name just one), as well as Bluetooth (go figure why...).

Check if this is the case with you, and you can get the latest "acceptable" for ANY DEVICE from Microsoft Update Catalog.
Just enter the device ID (e.g. A770) in the search field.

You will have to use 7zip to extract the archive, WinRAR/WinZIP do not work.

The issue was that the processor was frying itself to death thank you 14th gen processors for being so crap i just downgraded to a gen 12 and everything works fine now.
