Solved Desktop Window Manager and Other error logs

I've tested the video card, it performs fine. I've wanted to test ram but am not entirely sure how to do it. One thing I've noticed is sometimes discord flickers in the background.

Here is one way to test the RAM

• Click Start, type mdsched.exe in the Search box, and then press Enter.
• Choose whether to restart the computer and run the tool immediately or schedule the tool to run at the next restart.
• Windows Memory Diagnostics runs automatically after the computer restarts and performs a standard memory test automatically. If you want to perform fewer or more tests, press F1, use the Up and Down arrow keys to set the Test Mix as Basic, Standard, or Extended, and then press F10 to apply the desired settings and resume testing.

To get the results
The log resides in Event Viewer

1. Type event into Cortana Search beside your Start Button, open Event Viewer
2. Navigate to Windows Logs - System
3. In the right hand pane select 'Memory Diagnostics' to see the result of the test(s)

Is this a home made system or prefabricated system?

Is this the same system that you have all the threads on relating to different issues?

Have you checked to make sure that the motherboard is NOT resting on the case?

I built the machine and yeah its for all of my threads. Do you mean is the motherboard mounted? Cause it is mounted onto the case screws.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. It's in my case mounted according to how the case screws were layed out. There's nothing in between if that's what you mean?

You are shorting out you motherboard since it is mounted onto the case. You will have to get the proper spaces for that motherboard and insert them before using the system again.

This is about the best I can do. That's the distance between the motherboard and the case, sorry it's kind of blurry.

The post that is between the case and the motherboard is the spacer and if you have one on every screw then that should not be the issue.

Is this the system overclocked?

I overclock when I start my games via ryzen master and GPU is overclocked

with what's been tried so far, and not much else to suggest, I would be thinking it's time to think outside the box and either do a repair install or a fresh install of Windows.

since you have skin in the game with building rigs, I would dismantle it completely, de-dust all components, re-assemble, re-apply new thermal paste and then decide which re-install approach to take.
for me, it would be backing up my files, and nuking from space, ie: start afresh.
yep, OS, software, drivers and all that they entail (accounts, passwords, product keys etc) but you will either have nutted out the weird issue (yes, with an oversized hammer for the job granted) or you can start the troubleshooting again from a known, clean, state.

Well, it's been a bit. And the issue hasn't come back since I cleaned it out a bit. So maybe it stioped.
