Thank you for all of your help unfortunately I couldn’t get it to start the Windows Start recovery mode and gave up trying in the end, I have had to switch to another computer in order to work.
Appreciate your efforts in helping me.

Sounds like you may need to do a clean install of Windows 10 so when you are ready take a look at the info here for how to get your free ISO.
