Bought my pc parts from all over and one store so fear i got scammed at one of these parts

The pc doesnt show signal but all fans are working and if it did show signal it freezes like after 5-10mins after and i am forced to reboot, shouldnt be any overheating since i just powered it on and thermal still newly used

And from what i found out when it doesnt show signals only if the gpu fans doesnt spin and when it spins after another reboot it shows signal followed up with a freeze probably power problem am not sure

Which confuses me the most some days it works fine like gaming and surfing and when i finish i power it off normaly but trying on the new day the expected scenario happens either works or dont work at all

I tried the memory bootable check, dism , sfcscan and chkdsk in hoping for the pc to be revived but it didnt help the problem i even changed and bought new hdd

If theres any questions to help you help me or anything you want me to add up .
i would apperciate it .
