Hay guys, i have a problem. i just got an rtx 3070, btw amazing gpu(upgrade from my rx550), but I think I have quite a bit of bottleneck because my i5 11400 is Always at 100% and I have sometimes fps drops but my gpu is only at 70%. Side note i realised my i5 is going only at 4.18ghz and not 4.40, and it's not thermal throttling(my cooler is a deepcool ak400 zero dark plus)and it gets max 50 degrees. Can someone help me?

Welcome to PCHF,

What is the brand and model name or number of the RTX 3070 and the PSU.

What speed is the RAM and how many sticks of it do you have.

msi rtx 3070 ventus 2x, MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5, and RAM i have 2×8 corsair vengeance 3200mhz. But i don't think it's the psu, just bought it for my 3070 and there are some games that uses the full power of the gpu, but they gpu bound games and run quite well, i think it could be the motherboard, i have a gigabyte h510m h v1.1. Thank you for your time

Your PSU and RAM are ideal for your CPU and GPU so no problems there.

Download then run Speccy ( free ) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
