Ok. I tried to start up the computer in Safe Mode twice: once using the Safe Mode Option and the other using the Safe Mode with Networking option. Both brought me to the windows login screen but the keyboard and mouse did not work. I had to use the Restore Point to get access again. Here is the DriverView after the Restore Point.

At this point, I can wait for you to get back to me with any results you find so far. I could also try repeating some of the steps we've already taken and see whether doing them one at a time makes a change:
1) I could ONLY make the Autorun changes again (leave alone ASUS Radar and Sonic Studio) and then do another DriverView File.
2) I could try uninstalling either ASUS Radar or Sonic Studio and restart the computer to see if the uninstallation of one of them or both is causing the keyboard and mouse issues.

I will avoid using the computer (including running programs that have a high chance of causing crashes) besides leaving it on until I hear the go ahead to from you. Thank you for your help.

The generic keyboard and mouse drivers are installed as are the required USB drivers.

Because this is going off topic we need you to properly test the PC to see if it crashes, if all is well we will then need to you to start a new thread regarding the disappearing mouse and keyboard issue.

Go back to leaving the PC in stand by when not in use and do as much gaming as you have time for to see if the computer stays stable.

Night 1: Tried playing Gunfire Reborn while streaming and recording using StreamLabsOBS, computer immediately began to stutter and slowdown while on the title screen of the game. managed to get Task Manager up at one point and it said CPU was at 100%, but couldn't see any program that was using 100% of the CPU. After a restart, tried playing first Gunfire Reborn and then Hades while streaming only to Discord and was able to play games for about 2 hours. Will continue tomorrow.

Sorry but should have said to just stick to gaming and no streaming etc, this will help us to rule in or out your hardware being the issue. by doing the above you are bringing too many variables into the equation as in streaming, the VPN, the OBS program and last but not least your actual internet connection.

Something for you to do to see how your present set up handles video when not online gaming, streaming and recording;

Use the free versions at the following links;

Stress test your GPU with Furmark

Check your FPS etc with SUPERPOSITION

Here's the result of a short non burn-in Furmark run at the 1080 preset. Is there a particular option you want me to run? I'll run SUPERPOSITION tomorrow

Just got through playing Hades for half an hour and it crashed on me. Hades generated this error report:

Sorry BroseidonR but we are unable to help with buggy software, that is the job of the developers who put the problem out there, the net is strewn with folk having the exact same problem with Hades and likewise there are various suggestions on fixes, best I found here

Your GPU looks all good in Furmark and I suspect that the SUPERPOSITION results will confirm it, if the case we only have trying to fix Windows left.

Your results look spot on so nothing wrong with your GPU.

Last thing to do is check Windows, see the below, a log of any repairs will be generated once the tool has been done, can you upload it for us.

Download then run the Windows All in One Repair tool from here, disregard the malware guidance but follow the other steps to the letter and in particular ensuring that you first create a new restore point and perform a proper Windows clean boot before running the repair, details for the clean boot here.

Ok, here's the results of the repair. I followed all instructions including draining the power from the pc and running the program in safe mode. Let me know what I need to do next.

Looks like quite a few things could not be repaired unfortunately.

Question, on the C: partition do you see a tweaking.com folder, if yes, can you attach it to your next reply for us.

Mentioned it a couple of time with the first time being back on Nov 22nd that Windows was having problems, the AIO tool confirms it in that we can see that Windows is corrupt;

Usn Journal verification completed.
Phase duration (USN journal verification): 134.21 milliseconds.
The master file table's (MFT) BITMAP attribute is incorrect.
The Volume Bitmap is incorrect.
Windows has checked the file system and found problems.

Please run chkdsk /scan to find the problems and queue them for repair.

The above could also mean that the drive is failing resulting in files being missed while Windows is loading.

Back up all important data on the drive asap, post back when done and we will check the drive for you.

When you mean backup the drive, would transferring all personal documents that I want backed up to the D drive (windows doesn't load from D drive, it currently contains personal files) on do the trick? Or possibly putting it on the D drive and then disconnecting the D drive completely from the PC while I run the chkdsk/scan? I do have a usb external hard drive, but I'm unsure whether it has enough storage room to save all the files on the C drive.

Also, I assume I just need to type "chkdsk/scan" into the Windows search bar to run it?

Backing up to D: will be fine but keep in mind that your most important data should always be backed up to an external source, a USB storage device or the Cloud being two such options.

Leave any tests for now but do the following for us;

Download and run CrystalDisk info standard edition from here

Run the program, grab any screenshots and attach to your next reply for us.

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... after typing in any response you have... click Attach file to add the screenshot.

Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.

At some point earlier today, the computer had restarted and in order to get access to it again, I had to use the System Restore point made right before I ran the Tweaking.com program, so I assume all that is undone. I attached the crystaldisk screenshots of both drives just in case.
To speed things up, what time EST would it be best for me to be on so that I can respond more quickly to your posts?

No EST here in the UK :)

Drives are fine so take the bull by the horns and clean install Windows version 20H2 + the MBs chipset drivers and see how you get on

Ok, gonna be honest in saying I haven't done this in a while.
First off, I have a usb I made when I first put together the computer in the summer of 2019. It is 4 GB of data with 8 things in the main part; a Boot folder, an efi folder, a sources folder, a support folder, an autorun notepad file(type of file desc: Setup Information (.inf)), a bootmgr file, a bootmgr.efi file, and a setup.exe (Description: Windows Installer). I believe I had used this to load the stuff. A) Would this work for the clean install? B) If not, should I clear off this usb so that I can put drivers on it?

Secondly, what set of drivers would I need? Would it just be the ones from the AMD site (AMD Driver and Support Page)? And would I put these on a usb or the usb I previously mentioned when doing the clean install?

Thirdly, do you have a link to a site that gives the explicit instructions on how to clean install? This one sounded pretty complete (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-do-clean-installation-windows-10) but wanted to make sure that you're ok with it.
