Hello So I've been having this problem since a bit after I built my computer of my computer freezing up both in keyboard and mouse input and some graphics as well. It get's worse and worse the more hours go by to where even just moving the mouse makes that "can not register mouse input" beeping sound when just moving or clicking anything.
During the freeze ups the GPU drops to almost nothing and yet CPU jumps up quite a bit. I have found no processes that's really consistently pulling anything.
I have replaced the graphics card, PSU, and Cooler all to no avail and brought it to a repair place who could do nothing useful. I have done all the usual stuff, drivers, compatability, dropped any suspect software, run multiple virus detections, cleaned registery, gone through startup programs, even completely wiped my whole computer multiple times.
The only thing that seems to help a bit is weirdly refreshing the windows explorer in task manager which sets the stuttering back to like hour 1 stutters of about .4 seconds
I'm kinda at my wit's end please help!

I took two videos of the problem to illustrate with hardware and process monitors running (sorry for show going but show's that it only effects software running not videos playing, oddly)
