Also, update on the situation: now every single Google search adds another tab with advertising, and sometimes even new windows pop up. What's worse, I've started gaming again as I'm less busy, and games run substantially slower at all times despite no change in settings, system configurations or anything else. A quick Task Manager analysis of the situation doesn't even show up any heavy processes running apart from the game itself. This is getting ridicoulous considering I built a pretty beefy PC for gaming specifically. If nothing substantial can be done soon-ish I'm considering resetting the whole thing to factory settings, and eventually wiping the SDD Windows is housed on.

Good morning @AfroGufo

I have not forgotten your thread. My life has been crazy and I do apologize :(

Could you please do me a favor and provide fresh logs?

If you do wish to do a Windows 10 Reset, you can do that. I apologize about that wait, but I did not forget you.

That's with or without the script you wrote for me last time? Because the above logs are with the script from last time.

Interestingly, the consistent framerate drop is all but absent when playing offline, I discovered today.

Sorry to all future people who may be looking for a way to solve a similar problem, but the wait was just too long and I needed the computer to run properly. Today I reset Windows and all problems have stopped, so @jmarket I guess the thread can be closed, and thanks for the help anyways.
