In this case, I would not modify the BIOS any further. Moving jumpers around if you don't know what you're doing can cause harm. Just go ahead and leave it be.

The MB website does not list this GPU as compatible with it, but that doesn't mean it isn't. When the GPU is plugged in, the fans spin and everything?
 
Connect a monitor to both then on-board and card see what happens when you run the system then.

See if under Initate Graphic Adapter if that can be set for PEG
May have to set it to Manual.
