I mean create a new account and see if the issue remains, but most likely the real issue is the hard drive, since it is failing that can cause multiple issues and until that is resolved our efforts are basically futile. Once you have a new hard drive then you can really work the issue out from there if it still exists.

You just log into it like any other account then see if it will connect.

Or enable the built in admin account.

Since you are able to go online with ethernet, that indicates the network is fine. The hard drive is simply failing it is starting to go....

Your event viewer logs and two well trusted programs say it is failing. It could last for years longer. Or it could fail tomorrow. Point is that it is starting to fail.
Can you get ahold of wireless usb stick? They are pretty cheap.

No it doesnt connect on even that im just using a USB to connect to internet
