sounds like it is hitting a temperature threshold and shutting down.
time for a new radiator as I don't believe the AiO types are refillable.
luckily they are fairly cheap.

looks like some manufactures are now putting the pump inside the radiator, apparently for sound dampening.

one benefit of liquid cooling is the water pump is so quiet, I've never heard it, so I'm not a convert as to why they think it needs changing.
maybe consider getting a traditional AiO unit if this one didn't last too long.
under warranty still?
 
I doubt it, and I didn't buy it directly anyways lolol. All of this is very useful, thank you! I hope you get paid for this you deserve it 😆
